This course is not for begin- ners or Junior Operators under 18 years of age. The Basic RiderCourse Intermediate is a combi- nation online and hands-on riding course which reinforces and practices the physical skills and techniques necessary to ride a street motorcycle. The course is approximately 6 hours (in addition to the 3-hour online course prerequisite).

COURSE COMPONENTS 1. Online Course Prerequisite (Mandatory): see page 3 for this information. 2. Hands-on Riding Exercises (approximately 5-6 hours): The riding exercises practice slow speed control, limited space maneuvers, cornering judgment and finesse, stopping quickly – straight line and curves, and swerving to reinforce the skills found essentially absent in incident/crash involved motorcyclists. You MUST meet the objectives of riding exercises #1 to continue. (If you cannot, you will be counseled out of this course (no refund) and advised to register and pay for the 2-day Basic RiderCourse Beginner.)
