PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project Managment Basics: 4 sessions / $365 This workshop covers basic project management skills. It examines processes required to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the proj ect successfully. You will learn how to plan scope, and control the scope by monitoring the status of the project and product scope and managing changes to the scope baseline. - This comprehensive course provides practical experience in proven project management techniques and a wealth of valuable, flexible tools for immediate use. This course covers how to balance the triple constraint – scope, schedule, and budget – while delivering a quality product, service or result. It examines processes required to ensure projects includes all the work required only to successful completion. Learn how to plan scope management, define scope, create a work breakdown structure (WBS), validate the scope, and control the scope by monitoring the status of the project and product spoke and managing changes to the scope baseline. Fundamentals of Project Management: 6 sessions / $769 Project Management Body of Knowledge Best Practices: 10 sessions / $1179 This comprehensive course provides practical experience in proven project management techniques, including agile project management, and a wealth of valuable, flexible tools for immediate use. The tools provided help you manage each stage of the project life cycle, whether you utilize an agile or traditional approach to project management.

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Intermediate: 2 sessions / $159 The intermediate GD&T class offers a brief review of the concepts established in the basic class followed by a wider range of datum topics including degrees of freedom, mating envelopes and datum feature shift. The main focus of the class is on positional tolerance. Single and multiple frame applications of position will be presented using animated illustrations applied to single features and patterns of features. Computational and graphical methods for positional tolerance verification are discussed.
