Note: To address the skills gap in the solar thermal technology occupational group, Monroe Community College instituted a program in solar thermal technology in 2013. Completions from this new program will be reflected in future analyses.

** This suggests that education providers may be producing a surplus of solar thermal trained workers of approximately 5.7 % annually for the estimated number of job openings in the occupational group for the region.
