ENGINEERING Three occupations define the Systems Analysis and Integration node. Certifications focusing on quality dominate this grouping with over 60% of the most requested certifications including: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification, Certified Qual- ity Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and Certified Reliability Engineer. Unlike most other engineer focused groupings in this report, Security Clearance accounted for only 6% of requested certification out of all postings for this grouping. The Skill Clusters and Specialized Skills for this grouping continue the trend observed in the certification analysis with a continued focus on skill sets and knowledge of quality assurance and control, quality management, root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and manufacturing process. The number of total jobs and job postings over time both show a positive trend over the seven-year period of the analysis. Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services, Aerospace Product and Parts Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical and Medicine Manufacturing account for 70% of the industries driving posting data for the Systems Analysis and Integration node. The three-member Systems Analysis and Integration node grouping occupational demographic was one of the youngest engineer groupings in this report with 22.5% of the most experienced engineers in this node within 10 years or less of retiring. TECHNICIAN There were no technician level positions identified within the Manufacturing Materials Optimization node as being aligned to REMADE technologies.
